Important Note: User accounts are created and managed by RESULT-SCHOOL administration. Students do not register themselves. The school provides account credentials to enrolled students.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage student accounts (created by RESULT-SCHOOL administration)

• To facilitate communication with support staff through in-app chat
• To store and manage chat conversations with support team for better service
• To send push notifications about exam results, balance updates, and important announcements using Firebase Cloud Messaging

Important: If you do not log into the app for 90 consecutive days, your account and all associated personal data will be automatically deleted from our system. This is done to protect your privacy and ensure we only retain active user data.

• Data deleted: All personal information, exam results, chat history, and account credentials
• Recovery: Data cannot be recovered after automatic deletion

For Children Under 18:

• We will delete or anonymize data within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request
• Academic records may be retained according to educational institution requirements

For children under 13 (or 16 in the EU), RESULT-SCHOOL administration obtains verifiable parental consent during the enrollment process before creating student accounts:

• During enrollment, RESULT-SCHOOL collects parent or guardian's contact information
• Parents provide consent for their child's use of the app as part of the enrollment process
• RESULT-SCHOOL verifies parental identity through direct contact (phone call or in-person meeting)
• Student accounts are created only after parental consent is obtained and verified
• Parents receive the account credentials to provide to their child

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Request deletion of their child's data
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's information
• Revoke consent at any time
