The application displays information about the children linked to your account. This information is created and maintained by RESULT-SCHOOL as part of your child's enrollment; the app only shows it to you:

- Homework grades, exam results, and academic performance
- Account balance, payment history, and financial transactions
As the parent or legal guardian, you are the person authorised to access this information, and you provide consent for its processing on your child's behalf during enrollment.

Automatic Data Deletion
- Inactive period: 90 days without login
- Notification: you will receive a reminder before deletion
- Data deleted: your parent account, profile information, and account credentials
- Recovery: data cannot be recovered after automatic deletion
- Deleting your parent account removes your access to the app; your child's academic records remain with RESULT-SCHOOL according to educational institution requirements
Children's Data
- As a parent or guardian, you can request access to your child's personal information
- You can request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us
- We will delete or anonymize data within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request
- Academic records may be retained according to educational institution requirements

08Children's Privacy and Parental Consent
The Parent Application is intended for use by adults only — parents and legal guardians of enrolled students. Children do not use this app and do not create accounts in it. However, the app displays information about students, including children under the age of 18, so we comply with COPPA and GDPR requirements.
Parental Consent Process
RESULT-SCHOOL administration obtains verifiable parental consent during the enrollment process before creating accounts:
- During enrollment, RESULT-SCHOOL collects the parent's or guardian's contact information
- Parents provide consent for the processing of their child's information as part of enrollment
- RESULT-SCHOOL verifies parental identity through direct contact (phone call or in-person meeting)
- Parent accounts are created only after that verification, and login is additionally confirmed by a one-time code sent to the registered phone number
